Additional Sessions Judge Vimal Kumar Yadav allowed the bail application of Tomar after imposing several conditions, including a bar on his travel outside the national capital without prior permission from the court and joining the investigation as and when required.
The court posted the matter for September 26 after the CBI informed that it was likely to file a supplementary final report in the case by September 22.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on each of them over different counts.
Till now, the CBI has examined 73 witnesses in the Sohrabuddin Shaikh alleged fake encounter case.
